Do I have to host my site with you?
Yes, hosting and maintenance are provided together. If you’d like to be on a maintenance plan, your website will need to be hosted through me to ensure everything is optimized, secure, and fully supported.
If I design your site but you choose to host it elsewhere, I’ll provide you with the full site files. From there, you (or your hosting provider) will be responsible for setting up the site, managing updates, security, backups, and any ongoing maintenance.
What if I don’t use my support hours?
Hours don’t roll over, but if you consistently need more, we can add extra hours or adjust your plan to match your needs.
What if something breaks after an update?
I handle it, no extra charge for covered issues. VIP and above receive faster response times.
Do you work with online stores?
Yes. For eCommerce, I recommend at least the VIP plan to ensure the speed, backups, and testing your store requires.
